Return Policy

At Grosse Pointe Sauna, we take pride in the craftsmanship, sourcing, and preparation that goes into every sauna product and order. Due to the time and labor involved in preparing our products, we maintain the following return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused and unopened

• Product must remain in its original packaging

• Product must be in new, resalable condition

Opened, installed, assembled, modified, or used products are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for:

• All return shipping costs

• Freight coordination (if applicable)

• Any damages incurred during return transit

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Approval

All returns require prior written authorization from Grosse Pointe Sauna before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom-built, made-to-order, special-order, or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival and notify us promptly of any shipping damage or missing items.
